Ascend Appliance Services is committed to honesty and integrity.

Our technicians will come to your home to diagnose the problem; we charge a small service fee to cover the travel and the time required to analyze the issue.

You will receive a flat rate quote for the repair, which will include the parts and labor needed to fix the problem. The rate for parts and service are based on current industry prices.

When you authorize the repair, the service fee is waived.

We provide a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor when we perform a full repair of your appliance. After the appliance has been serviced or repaired, if a problem occurs within the warranty period that is related to the service we performed, we will return and fix it with no labor charge to you.

If the problem is NOT related to or due to service provided by us (in other words, it is a completely new problem), it will be handled as a new service (and is therefore not covered under the warranty for the original problem).

Rates

Ascend provides a flat rate quote for the repair. This include the parts and labor needed to fix the problem.

We do not use an hourly rate when parts or services are required, as this is often misleading and unfair to both consumers and technicians, whose technical skills, experience, and knowledge cannot be measured on an hourly scale.

We find that ALL consumers want the most highly qualified technician available. Our goal is to provide you with the best technicians, parts and service for every visit.
